Absolutely. 28Sync is specifically designed for women who are still cycling—whether you're regular, irregular, postpartum, or coming off hormonal birth control. If you’re experiencing a natural cycle (even if it’s not perfectly predictable), this method will help you work with your body instead of against it—so you can build strength, energy, and confidence in a way that actually sticks. If you are done cycling, you can still cycle sync with the moon's energy cycles.

What is involved?

Over the next 7 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps to achieve more energy, to feel happier, and learn how to follow your body's natural rhythm.
